Here's a few of my favorites and some links to recipe sites.

I've made all of these (except the taters) on campouts.

I generally try to keep the ingredient count down to about 6 or 8 items (plus salt or pepper if needed).  More than that and it gets complicated and increases the likelihood that I'm going to forget to have something on hand.

Texas Trash
Chicken and Noodles and other stuff
Mr. Pollie's Chili
Cheese Mashed Taters
Outback's Walkabout Soup
Ugly Soup
Dump Cake
Apple Dip
Breakfast Burrito
Taco Soup
Mississippi Mud Cake

The following are links to some great recipe links.

Other sources:
Google, search for "recipes" or  "recipe" or the food you are interested in (Meatloaf, Apple dumplings, etc...)  Sometimes you can find a great recipe from a Bed & Breakfast that is famous in their area for making just what you are looking for.

Companies that make food products usually have recipes for their products.  Try these:
Campbell SoupMcCormick, Pillsbury, Kraft, Hershey, Kellogg's.    *

Some agricultural products also have organizations to promote their product.
Potatoes, cheese, "produce"apples, beef, pork, chicken, or eggs.    *

Retailers such as:  Krogers, Safeway, Meijer     *

Cooking shows: Home & Garden, Food Network

Remember, you can go to www.google.com   www.yahoo.com  or whatever search engine you prefer.

*    (On some sites you have to find the link to recipes. Some web pages change these links so I decided to list the main page, the page that is most likely to not change when the webmaster redesigns their company's web page.  If some of the links fail, try going back to the basic domain.  IE: if www.something.com/food  fails, try substituting www.something.com and leave off anything after the fraction bar "/".)
